Playing with Mr Finklebottom September 2, 2009

Hello Poogie,

Today was very busy. So now we’re having some play time with Mr Finklebottom (L named him a few weeks ago for you).

poogie and finkelbottom

you and mr finklebottom

We’re singing a modified version of Mr Peter Rabbit (after your Aunt R sang it to you on the weekend and I remembered I know it too: another nursery rhyme)!

Love you
Mum

    The quicklist:

Heads and shoulders knees and toes, When you’re happy and you know it, Round the garden (favourite with the tickles), This little piggy, Row your boat, Rain rain go away, It’s raining it’s pouring, I can sing a rainbow, You are my sunshine (full lyrics are quite sad – used to make me cry in the early days!), Old Mcdonald, Open shut them, Oranges and lemons (you’ll have to look up the lyrics for all the bells), Kookaburra, Hey diddle diddle, Incey wincey spider, Hickory dickory dock, Baa baa black sheep, Twinkle twinkle, Abc … oh, and Beatles songs to make you both happy.

Oscar is v. cute! Hope you are all well. x a
